Some of Francisco’s early work
My boyfriend is legit a carpenter.
Since school has been out, he has built a beautiful arbor at his parents’ house, a trellis-type thing for above the garage, a perfectly engineered bird house for my mom, and today: a bench. All without building plans, he just kind of thinks up the elements in his mind, figures out some proportions, and builds it. In a day. He is wonderfully handy. I am so glad I have someone so creative (and with such useful skills!) in my life. Seeing him build things from his heart and his mind, with his own two hands, makes me so happy.
